Nice header or top bar problems

I'm using Ajax Search Pro and I'm trying to get a good display of the site logo on the left, and the search on the right hand side of either the top bar, or the header area.

If I put them in the header area and add as widgets they appear on top of each other, if I put them in the top bar, the only way I can seem to do this is add a 3rd widget to keep the other two apart. Compounded by the fact that the search seems to move too far to the right when browsing on a mobile device. I've tried various attempts at CSS placing, but can't get the result I want. Which is logo aligned left, search box (which works in mobile view) aligned right on the same horizontal plane.

Could you take a look and see what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Micheal,

Could you put them both in the header first?

Let me know :)

Hi,

I did try that, they appear one above the other and justified to the right. By adding a blank html widget and adding all 3 widgets to the top bar, I've got something like I was after now.

Thanks anyway Ying, and welcome :)

I was gonna try some CSS to adjust the position of your header when I can see the live elements in position.

But it's ok, I'm glad it's already working for you :)
