Next buttons for a long list

Hello,
I am creating a long list of people against years they were president of a club, this is at least 150 'years' long.
Having 150+ rows seems a bit long, I would like to have something like a page within a page e.g. 20 years per page and an arrow and page number at the bottom to allow people to scroll through the years / maybe decades??
anyone know of a block within generatepress / generateblocks that achieves this??

Hi there,
its not a core thing, or a GP or GB thing.
Maybe the TablePress plugin, i believe it has a pagination option, and it will make it easier to manage a long list.
