Next button redirects to homepage

I'm using a Generatepress site library template "Volume"
When i try click "next" button on my homepage, it redirects to homepage instead of page 2.
Website is fairly new, haven't done much customizing, just installed template and few plugins, that's it.

can you go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes. This will regenerate the links.

What structure do you have set in Settings > Permalinks ?
Postname.

The login doesn't work for me, can you check?
I found page 3 & page 4 links are working fine, only page 2 is being redirected to the front page.
Can you try disabling all your other plugins to test? If you have any custom functions, please try deactivating them as well.

I logged in and tried switching to the twenty-twenty-one theme, but the same issue occurs.
So we can tell it's not related to GP theme.
When I switch the common setting to Plain or anything without a post name, the pagination works correctly.
Can you check if there are any repeated post names/slug?
