Newsroom Template Insert Banner Image Right Column

I want to insert a small banner image where the red box is in the attached screenshot but cannot position it exactly where I want.
I've tried using a hook but no matter what generate option I choose it ends up at the end of the side bar.

Can you try editing the Sidebar - Home & blog element under Appearance > Elements and insert the banner between the two Query loop blocks?

Hi that works but it needs some space at the bottom. Please see example. I am trying this on a separate non-critical site so I do not break anything. I inserted an image using the native WP upload image. On the main site I have Generate Blocks Pro, maybe I should add this to the site I am experimenting on?

With the Generate Image Block you can easily add Open In New Tab, add Rel No Follow and Sponsored attributes etc.
I can now delete a plugin I was using to insert a banner.
