Newly added Font Awesome not showing

Probably something silly but when I add new icons, they don't show. But all the existing ones still show
The 'Load essential icons only Load essential Font Awesome icons instead of the full library.' is unchecked (I have also checked and saved, and unchecked and saved just in case)
Autoptimize in turned off (cache folder deleted) and the website has been paused in Cloudflare
I have activated GP to make sure it's not my child theme, and the problem still persists
All plugins are turned off, besides GPP
Please advise
Is there somewhere specific I should be looking for broken icons? All of them seem to be working for me.

It's the second last heading where it says what we do.
I can use an existing icon that has been used somewhere else but not a new one
You're using a plugin called Coursify Pro which is loading the Font Awesome library. Perhaps the version they're loading doesn't have the icon you're looking for?
They can fix this by adding the version of Font Awesome they're using the wp_enqueue_style() function.
