I just purchased the GP Premium package and I'm having a blast with everything you have created! However I have never come across the term/item of "Masonry" and I'm not adventurous enough to play with the options. What is it for or what does it do?

Hi Lorraine,
Masonry arranges your posts in columns with no big blank spaces.
If you set it to enable, you'll see what it does. You can always switch it back before publishing :)
