Hello all! It seems that the more I read, the more confused I get. I have GP Premium and Elementor Pro. I just need a nice-looking theme that I can start building on. Where I’m getting confused is do I use GP to build the page or Elementor? I have no issues reading, watching, and learning. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Keith

    Hi there,

The question is a bit vague.

Elementor/page builders aren’t required to use with GeneratePress.

Can you provide an example of what you are trying to achieve and let me know your comfort level with coding in HTML and CSS?

I think that’s part of the problem I’ve come across. Some say to use them together whereas others say just to use GP. I have zero comfort in coding. I know that puts me at a disadvantage.

That case a page builder definitely might help.

Can you provide an example of what you are looking for?

Generally speaking, you’d use GP to handle the header, navigation and footer section then build your content with a page builder.

But depending on what you want in the content, you might be able to accomplish it with just Gutenberg as well.

Have you checked out our site library?
    https://generatepress.com/site-library/

You can find sites with and without page builders in there.
