New User Can't access Site Library

Hi - I'm a new user. I installed GP theme, installed Premium GP plugin. I activated my license. I activated all of the GP premium modules. I have viewed the documentation & searched your support threads. I do not see the link for the site library. How do I access that I looked at the documentation and it shows it at the top next to modules and elements. documentation says got to then head to Appearance > GeneratePress > Site Library - there is no site library.
This site already has content on it - so I am not sure if I will use the demo content or just the options - but I have another site to start tomorrow and I want to know how to access them.

Thanks - I thought I had updated to 7.0 - but this site might be on my older hosting account - that makes sense. I will check that out - and if not then call Godaddy. I just tweaked my site with the new theme, I haven't done anything fancy - but GP might just be the theme I need for clients that just need a simple site. Great to be able to make the basic look & feel changes without needing coding - n a fast-to-load theme!
