I am new to this site. I purchase the premium package. I click on link that says GP Premium in email with instructions and then the file bonces up to the right hand corner of my screen, as I uses a mac. It’s however just a file folder and not a zip file. I tried to control click on the link and it won’t allow me to save it.
Also for the add ons sections, same thing. I don’t know what I am doing, or how to get both to save as a zip and then upload the theme etc..October 6, 2014 at 8:43 pm #37453Molly Engler
Or do I just download it from here? Which doesn’t make sense to me, but do I download from here and do add ons later once theme is downloaded?October 6, 2014 at 8:57 pm #37456TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
When you download and the file appears on your computer, you can compress it yourself and then upload it to your site.
I found these instructions on compressing the folder: http://osxdaily.com/2012/01/10/how-to-zip-files-in-mac-os-x/
Let me know if this helps or not 🙂

You can also right click (or the Mac equivalent) and select “Download Linked File As..” Which will save the .zip to your computer.October 10, 2014 at 8:48 am #38426Andy Brewer
I had chosen the free version of this theme and after playing with it decided to purchase the GP Premium package. I’m having similar trouble to the lady who originally commented. I don’t know how to unlock the add-on features to go deeper into designing. I tried both things you mentioned above. I got the file to compress but when I tried to upload it it failed. I assumed since I was already using the theme I might just be able to turn the add-ons on with the license code. What do I do?October 10, 2014 at 9:44 am #38435TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Are you using a Mac as well?
It’s much easier to save the .zip directly instead of extracting it, then compressing it again.
If you’re using a PC, you want to right click the download file, and choose “Save File As”.
If you’re using a Mac, you want to right click the download file, and choose “Download Linked File As”.
Let me know if you need any more guidance.
