I am new to this site. I purchase the premium package. I click on link that says GP Premium in email with instructions and then the file bonces up to the right hand corner of my screen, as I uses a mac. It’s however just a file folder and not a zip file. I tried to control click on the link and it won’t allow me to save it.
Also for the add ons sections, same thing. I don’t know what I am doing, or how to get both to save as a zip and then upload the theme etc..

Or do I just download it from here? Which doesn’t make sense to me, but do I download from here and do add ons later once theme is downloaded?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Molly,
When you download and the file appears on your computer, you can compress it yourself and then upload it to your site.
I found these instructions on compressing the folder: http://osxdaily.com/2012/01/10/how-to-zip-files-in-mac-os-x/
Let me know if this helps or not 🙂

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperYou can also right click (or the Mac equivalent) and select “Download Linked File As..” Which will save the .zip to your computer.

I had chosen the free version of this theme and after playing with it decided to purchase the GP Premium package. I’m having similar trouble to the lady who originally commented. I don’t know how to unlock the add-on features to go deeper into designing. I tried both things you mentioned above. I got the file to compress but when I tried to upload it it failed. I assumed since I was already using the theme I might just be able to turn the add-ons on with the license code. What do I do?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Andy,
Are you using a Mac as well?
It’s much easier to save the .zip directly instead of extracting it, then compressing it again.
If you’re using a PC, you want to right click the download file, and choose “Save File As”.
If you’re using a Mac, you want to right click the download file, and choose “Download Linked File As”.

Let me know if you need any more guidance.
Thanks!
