New posts have stopped displaying in Category menu

I have a set 2 categories on my menu called "remedies" and "recipes" to display like a blog roll. https://diyhomeremedy.com
The last 2 posts I've published aren't displaying on these "blog rolls". If I go into Customizer, I can see them there, but not on the live site. I've tried incognito and also asked friends to look so I don't think it's a cache issue.
I can find the posts doing a search:

https://diyhomeremedy.com/home-remedies-for-cold-sores/
I haven't added any new plugins.
Any ideas?

If it's displaying correctly in customizer but not live site it's likely a caching issue.
Can you try clearing/disabling WP Fastest Cache?
A simple solution, I cleared the WP Fastest Cache and all is well, thank you!
I'd previously cleared the Siteground cache, will remember WP FC for future reference!
