[Support request] New pages automatically added to menu

For some reason, every time I create a new page, I find it added automatically to the only menu I have. How can I stop it from happening again?

Also, while I can view on the live website, if I go to edit the menus, those automatically added pages – aren’t there.

This is the website, it’s in Hebrew, though it’s the first and last menu items that I didn’t personally add.
