New Licence

Hi,

I have renew my licence but by mistake I purchase it with my other e-mail address: juliettandtina@gmail.com and I am registered with luckywell429@gmail.com.

Can you please update my licence into my regular account so I can make sure I will always download the latest version?

My renewal payment ID is: 2184231

Hi there,

Since you purchased a new license, the easiest thing for me to do is to issue a refund and have you renew your current GP Premium license key following these instructions: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/renewing-license-keys/

This will ensure that everything stays within one account (and you get the renewal discount too!).

I've gone ahead and issued a refund. Since it was purchased on a credit card, it may take up to 5-10 days for this to reflect in your account.
