New Facebook Page Plugin is not working

Hi,
I have try to add Facebook like box into my wordpress blog. but its not working.
Actually there is two codes. We have to copy and paste the first code after the open <body> tag.
Copy and paste the second code into the widgets section.
But its not working in generatepress theme. Could anyone solve my problem?
Hi there,
Copy the first part after the opening <body> by using GP Hooks. Go to "Appearance > GP Hooks" and add it into the Before Header hook.
Then add the other code to your widget and you should be good to go :)
I had tried that as you told me, but its not working either. it still appear only link with my facebook page name.
Where are you getting your code from? Facebook itself or a WP plugin?

You can check on right sidebar these is a widget call Join me on Facebook you can see there is only link to facebook page.
Just tried it on my own site with no issues.

Weird, all looks good to me.
Maybe you have a plugin conflicting.

I did it as you ask me to do in Point #1:
Deactivate all of your non-GP plugins - does the issue still exist? If not, activate each plugin one by one until the issue happens again. This way, you can pinpoint the problem plugin.
And refreshed the page but still not working even I deactivate GP Premium Plugin. But its not working either.
Very odd, not sure why it's not working for you.

I have tried the above plugin but still not working.
Do you have another website you can test on? I have a feeling you have something weird happening with that one.
I had tried to add facebook page plugin into another wordpress website that use's another theme, and its not working either. I think the problem is not related to Generatepress theme. Anyway thank you for trying to help me solve this wired problem.
It may have something to do with your FB account? Maybe try a different one? Didn't have any problems on this end.

I experience the exact same problems. The developers-fb-code is not working. Tried do deactivate all plug-ins. Still not working.
Tried the same fb-plugin (since it was the one I used to use) but it is not working anymore.
Have you found any solutions to the problem?
