New Conflict with The Event Calendar

I've been using Generate Press and The Modern Tribe Event Calendar (both Pro versions) for the last year and about a month ago the photo grid no longer shows up as a grid, but rather stacked vertically. It works find if I use WP2019 theme.
How can I get it back to displaying as a grid?
