New blog post not in shortened format on posts page

Hi, I'm sure I've just clicked a button somewhere, but I have no idea what I've done. I published a new post and rather than be a shortened version showing on my blog page with a read more button, it is displaying the whole article in one long coloumn (I have it set up to display 2 columns of shortened versions). Please could you advise me where I can change this?
I've set the post to draft again now, so it's not showing on my site. https://bytherfarm.com/garden-blog

Hi Elizabeth,
The first three things we can check with regards to an issue like this are:
1. If you have a More element in the Post.

Having this element/block would override the supposedly automatically generated excerpt.
2. If you manually put an excerpt in the Excerpt field as this will also have the same effect.

3. If you’ve set a different Post Format than Standard.

I had accidentally clicked the post format to Gallery. Thank you so much, the issue is now resolved and I'll remember that for future reference.
