New Blog post is showing Author name instead of Title on Google search

I'm a bit confused as to what happened to my site. I posted an article a couple days ago. Today I just happened to do a search of the keywords to see if it was appearing on Google yet. I did find it, but the title of the article is my name and the link to the article goes to an "Author" page. I didn't know I had an author page.
I checked the All in One SEO and the settings should display the title of the article.
I haven't made any recent setting changes or added any plug-ins. Any ideas on what I may have done?
I'm including some info in the "private info" box.

Seems you are using a SEO plugin, have you checked the settings within the plugin?

Yes, I've looked thru it. I compared the settings on this post to my other posts that are working correctly and they match. Thanks!
Oddly, now the page isn't showing as indexed by Google. I'm not sure what's going. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it is correct one it's indexed again.

After doing the change, you can ask Google to do a recrawl of your site again.
You can also just wait and let Google automatically do it. (it may take longer) :D
So the post is appearing again on google. It's still showing my name as the title of the post and when I click on the link, it takes me to the author page.
Would it be best to delete this post, create a new post with a slight change in the link and do a redirect from the old link? I'm just not seeing anything in my settings that show why this is happening.
Can you try reaching out to the SEO plugin as it's really not our expertise.
There might be a setting in the plugin itself.
