Hi, i am affraid to install the version beta 3.0.0 because i have an existing site, can i loose all the work, is it true?

That is not true.

We don’t recommend testing the beta on a live or client site with traffic in case there are some bugs that need to be fixed.

I would say that this is also correct but again it’s up to you.
The beta version is for users who have staging sites or localhost sites that don’t mind encountering a few bugs.
If you don’t want to risk anything, then it might be good to wait until the official release.
