Need to Increase Space Between Site Header and a Post's Featured Image

As the title mentions, there is no space between the two images, as can be seen here: https://miramichiflash.miramichireader.ca/2021/01/23/what-a-babe-by-karen-schauber/
I would like a little white space in there, if possible.
