Need to customize home page post

Hi,

I am using generatepress for my blog from past 3-4 years. My blog has become famous now. But some scrapers steal the content of my website and their article gets ranked before my website on Google.
I want the home page of my website to be fixed like logo and menu, after that there are some posts which I can put according to my choice, I can also fix some posts within the category, in the whole website do not see the recent post.
Can you please help me to protect RSS feed of my website?

You can change the Settings > Reading --> For each post in a feed, include: Excerpt
That way Content scrapers won't be able to scavenge your entire content from the RSS feed.

I can't really answer what affect that has on your SEO.
If your not using your RSS feed to create traffic then changing it to excerpt should not affect your SEO
