Need to create a Sitemapesque Page

Just switched from Genesis. I am busy finalizing my site on a staging platform. I need to create a sitemapesque type page that lists my categories, posts and pages. I Genesis I had to make a template (which I still have) that outputs what I require. The problem is that the GP templates' code is a little different. I'm not a coder. The page I need to create must look like this - this is from my live site:

Creating a HTML Sitemap like that from scratch would take custom development.
I did find this plugin which also generates the XML map and provides the options you need:
