For Jeff. I followed the instructions of the link that David shared you. And yes, I first designed my web in Adobe XD, and I’ve used GP premium, Elementor, and Elementor Add-ons, to construct the whole web. There are a few parts that I ned to code, as the footer and the Main Nav, but the structure was all made with Elementor.

Give it a try but keep in mind that you must design before develop.
