Need to change size of header where my logo appears on every page

I'm not sure if am describing my issue correctly. Please see my site: NoFadsAllFitness.com
My logo, Symmetry, appears at the top of every page. That area is WAY too large. How do I change it? Is there a way to do it with out any coding?
You can scale the image down using something like Photoshop, Gimp or even WordPress itself: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-editing/
