[Support request] Need to add this to the tag

Hi,

I need to add aria-label=”Mobile Menu” to the below tag in order to give an accessible name for the menu toggle. I couldn’t find it in the theme files.

<button class=”menu-toggle” aria-controls=”mobile-menu” aria-expanded=”false”>.

Please assist me on this. Thank you.

Hi there,

That element isn’t filterable, unfortunately.

However, if you use the Mobile Menu Label option Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation and empty it, the theme will automatically add screen reader text inside of the element to make it accessible.
