Need to add H1 Title to Post Page and Can't

https://humjam.com/blog - can't figure out how to add "Title" as an element or even add a title since the default doesn't have an H1 tag and the page needs one badly
I really wanted to add a banner like what is found on: https://humjam.com/category/blog to the blog, but can't add anything to a page like this. (Can't figure out how to anyway)
I want the blog structure to be: https://humjam.com/blog with the above banner and with a Title with h1 called <h1>SEO Blog Resources and More</h1> - with the category banner... does that make sense? Is that hard to accomplish?

Then just choose Blog under the display rules.
