Need to add a menu to a column

I have a series of 4 columns on my site, I need to add a separate dropdown menu to each one. How can that be done? If there's a shortcode, what would it be?

You can try using Widget Shortcode with WordPress Custom Menu widget:

If not it might be easier to just use links within columns.
