hey, I need some help. I know that you will be able to answer my question. I wanna make a beautiful site as I researched on the web. I'm new in designing...So can you help me, how can I make similar customization of this website?

firstly, I need the left side quick link customization Same as that website
You would use a plugin like this:

You can add it to a sidebar for that position.
Once its in place if you share a link to your site i can assist with some sticky CSS
