Need quick help, websites stopped loading (error message inside)

What the hell!? I just noticed the functions.php file is completely empty. Can a plugin have done this? I was trying a few out.

i can't say for certain but no Plugins should be changing files in themes or other plugins.
You can download the Theme from WP.org and re-install it to get those files back.
