Need Navigation Sub Menu Drop Down to right not inside

On my website: ww.destinationswithcharacter.com I have "Offerings" in my Menu with sub categories under it such as "All Inclusive Resorts", "Theme Parks", etc.
Currently when someone clicks on the sub-category it just opens it straight down.
I'm trying to get it to open to the right , next to it for clarity.
I've read any posts I can find in the forums but just can't figure it out.
I have Theme Version 3.0.3, and GP Premium 1.9.0
