please, can you give me detaild explanation on how to add contact form on my contact us page.
the widgets on my post page is not appearing properly on the desktop version on my website.
my logo tagline is not appearing on the mobile versio.

Hi there,
1. You will need to use a Plugin to add a contact form.
There are lots to choose from on the wordpress.org
Recently we see a lot of users working with this plugin:

2. The only issue i see is the padding on the first amazon advert. That is because you have added the amazon script inside a Code Block - you do not need the Code Block.
3. Go to Customizer > Layout > Header and disable the Mobile Header
