Need Homepage customization

Hi, I am facing a problem while customizing my homepage.
I customized my front page as shown in below picture.
However, It is looking exactly as I modified it when I logged into my WordPress. But When I logged out and visit my homepage it is not looking same. What is the issue? Can you please guide me to resolve this issue?
You can see the psychology category images looking differently in both versions.
Also there is so much space is left after the posts in my homepage kindly lookinto that also.

try clearing your browser cache - as the site looks correct to me.

If you go to my blog page you can see my posts displayed with a different style. I want to display exactly in my homepage too. How to do that?
You can use a Block element - content template to design your archvies:

There are some preset templates in that block element, one of which is called Landscape that would be a good place to start.
Hi, I watched the video, read the documentations and tried to follow the instructions however, I wasted 2 to 3 hours still, couldn't get anything. If you don't mind please take some time to help me with the customization personally. If you need I will provide my login credentials. Because I need few more tweaks in the homepage.

We can only help by guiding you on how to do things within the bounds of product but we can't do the actual customization of the site as that is beyond the scope of support.
If wish for someone to do the actual site development and customization work, consider hiring a third-party developer. :)
As for your site specifically:
I've scanned through the home page's codes and I see that you're using Ultimate Addon for Gutenberg for your post list. That's why the Block Element - Content Template wasn't working.
Ultimate Addon for Gutenberg is a third-party plugin outside of our scope of support. If you wish to modify its layout to a landscape format, it's best to consult with its developer for their recommended practice on how to go about it.
So, are you recommending me to deactivate Ultimate Addon for Gutenberg plugin? or Can I be able to use Block Element and Gutenberg plugin at the same time? If so how to do that?
Also, I have another query. On the top of the header, below my site title, I want my Site's tagline to be displaced, even though I checked it on in the customization settings but it's not working. How to do that?
To use the Block Element Content Template you must install the GenerateBlocks plugin. With that installed you will see several templates in the Block Element.
You can still keep your other block plugins installed BUT you cannot use them in the Block Element.
