need help with logo and phone number display in top of site

Let's handle one question per topic as I suggested previously.

All I want is to show my logo with title and tagline in the top left of my site and have a clickable phone number in the top right corner. I want this same display across every device: desktop, tablet, mobile.

also, i do not have a navigation menu and i do not want one.

my goal is to try to keep people on the front page as much as possible. the navigation and menu settings are likely going to need tweaking to make sure all of this functions properly.

that's why i suggest skype. if we video'ed for 5 minutes instead of messaging over a few days we could wrap up way faster.

i can't send you my login credentials because wordpress only lets me enter through my gmail account. you can send me your email address and i can add you as a user.

In that case, create a new navigation with no items in it and assign it to be the primary menu:

Then add the phone number by creating a generate_menu_bar_items hook:

leo, i applied all of the changes and followed all of your instructions precisely. It is not fixed and nowhere near how i desire my site to be. I have gone back and forth with you guys for weeks just to get minimal replies lacking full instruction and nothing comprehensive. I even gave your team full access to my wordpress several times. several weeks now and zero progress. it's hindering my business and my income. someone needs to screenshare with me and give me good service. This minor change would have only taken 5 minutes of screenshare instruction. The tech support/customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from a theme provider. What is the issue here with giving me the support and assistance i asked for and have been patient to receive?
