[Support request] Need help on activation

I just purchased GP premium, downloaded the premium plugin and the GP theme as well.
I have got my GP theme activated, but when I click on Genearate Press
it goes to this link and it is all blank

../wp-admin/themes.php?page=generate-options

there is no way i can use the builder nor upgrade to premium. please help

to confirm, is the GeneratePress theme active in Dashboard > Themes?

HI yes it is activated, if it is not activated, the GenratePress button will not be shown under appearance.

Can you try uninstalling and redownloading and reinstalling the GP theme? Try using the 3.2.4 version as opposed to the test alpha version you’re currently using.

If that doesn’t work, can you try #1 here?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It would be best to backup your site before proceeding with these.
