Need help in inserting on-click button

Hello Team, I hope you are doing great. Can you please help me in this html code, I need to insert on-click button so that it can calculate the values. I am not tech-savvy so I require your kind assistance for this. I will be thankful.

i am not sure what you need assistance - doesn't the [su_button] shortcode generate the button for you?
[su_button]. This generates button for me, but doesn't give me response of html codes (I mean calculations)
Can you please check my private information and try it for me for once? I want to make it working. So when we enter data, it may give proper answer. I have sent you my complete html text. Thank you

We can't help you out if we don't know what script the button does.
Calculation scripts usually use the element containers as reference to get their values. Normally, from forms.
You should get a plugin that does this specific function if you're not tech savvy. :)
Note: This is something of a niche functionality. This site customization/functionality is outside of the theme's scope of support.
