Need help For homePage!

Hello guys, I do have both Generatepress and Generateblocks, ok, I do have 165 posts already on my site ( theoutdoorlovers.com ) I never used any template, I simply add posts to it....but my site is looking pretty boring, so I would like to make a good looking homepage but lack knowledge and I dont want to screwup my site......1) is it too late to insert a template?.....2) is there a Tutorial I could watch to show me the way?.....3) Is there someone that could help me to create this home page in exchange of a fee?......thanks in advance ....Eric

Are you referring to a Block element Content Template?

Thanks Leo for your reply, I would also to change the upper part, I would like to insert a narrower Top bar with the search icon in it, then a nice picture, and another bar just under the picture with the menu in it.....then below all this...4-6 little blocks(Pictures) for my categories....then after those category blocks....6 or 9 latest posts blocks....this is what I would like to create....thanks Leo.....Eric
