Need help for creating a site

Hey,
i want to craete a site like this. Can you give me some advice which theme would be good for this and how i can create a card like this which includes the featured image of the product and a bar underneath it indicating how good it is.

We don't really have a site like this unfortunately.
I'd say that Prime is somewhat close:

To add a bar underneath the featured image, you'd need to use a WooCommerce hook:
https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-archiveshopcat-page/
Definitely will require some custom coding though.
