Need help about display articles list

Hello!
I would like to display a list of articles (like the table of contents of a book) as below:

That is the list of link post with a short guide
If I only use the default number list in GP, how do I add CSS?
Or is Page Builder anyhow possible?

Have you checked out WP Show Posts? It allows you to display a list of posts within certain parameters: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
