Need Accessibility for a New Site.... Is GeneratePress Ready Now?

Hi Tom,
Have happily used GeneratePress on several sites now and love it. But now I'm being asked to go back to an old site (7 years old) and make it accessible. So I'd love to implement GeneratePress for this site, since I'm very familiar with it.
Is GeneratePress pretty much accessible out of the box at this point in time? This is a government entity, so I have to do it right.
