Need a Third Menu Location

I've got a Primary and Secondary menu... need a Third.
The Third needs to go to the right of the Secondary. I feel like I need a Hook Element to add the menu and maybe the location? Not sure how to go about that.

You can try the generate_inside_secondary_navigation hook.
