navigation z-index

I'm having problems accessing the navigation: http://good-company.co.uk/vitamin-therapies/
I believe it's a z-index problem
If I turn off 'merge with content I don't have an issue'
I'm using two header elements to achieve the shapes effect below the hero
Hi there,
edit your Block Element the one with the smiling lady. Select the Container Block, and its settings make the container z-index 1
