Navigation Question

Hey guys,
So I'm trying to remove the primary navigation from the top of the desktop website and instead only have the mobile menu (off canvas) showing.
However, when I choose "no navigation" both the mobile (off canvas) menu and the primary desktop menu disappear.
Can you please help me disable ONLY the primary desktop navigation.

2 Options:
Option one - using desktop navigation.
in Appearance > Menus, create a new menu but don't add any menu items to it. Then assign its location to the Primary Navigation.
Make sure the Customizer > Layout > Primary Nav location is to display somewhere eg. Float right or after header.
Option two - use the Mobile Navigation.
With just the Off Canvas set to Display On Mobile.
Set the Customizer > Layout > Primary Nav --> Mobile Menu Breakpoint to a really high value eg. manually type in 10000.
Then you will have the mobile menu on all size of screen.
