Navigation Offset not working on mobile and tablet

Today I changed the Navigation Anchors. Before I added a CSS ID to the headings in Elementor and I believe that I add some navigation scroll margin somewhere.
I searched through my active plugins, if there was a setting and couldn't find any. I deactived most of the other plugins and checked the additional css code in the theme and in the Elementor elements themselves.
On Desktop it's working correctly, when I click a sub item it jumps to the newly created anchor, on mobile and tablet however it scrolls beyond that because of the offset.
I cannot find any options to reset, and change this, what did I miss?

i am not sure how Elementor handles the scroll position offset. Have you asked their support ?
No, but I am sure this is not an Elementor error. Elementor only sets the CSS id for the anchor.
Do you know any plugin that create the navigation offset?
Can you link me to a page where i can see the on page navigation links?
