Navigation menu not updating on frontend.

When I add a page to a menu from Appearance, menu, then in the element rechoosing the correct menu. I can see the correct menu in the element while editing, but it doesn't show the same menu on the frontend. The old menu options remain. Also, adding display rules has no effect in elements.
Hi there,
can i see the site ?
My site is http://www.letstalkce.org. It is a private LMS website. I'll add a staging site's details below.
Which element should I be checking?
Can you provide more details on how to replicate this issue or how can we see the issue on your staging site?
On the front-end, you can see a white header at the top of the page. It is a simple header with only a navigation menu in it. I added a menu item from appearance- menu. You can see the change within the element editor (Admin Header. However, you can not see the change on the front end.
The element matches the front-end nav:

Let me know if I miss anything.
Hello, when I add a page link to the menu from the Appearance- Menu setting, it didn't show the change on the front end. This is how I used to add menu items. I can see now that I can just add the page link within the element itself rather than going to appearance, menu. Apologies, my issue has been resolved.
Glad to hear that :)
