Navigation/Menu just like Generate Press- "how to"

Would like to use menu location just like GP site- is there a tutorial or walk through of this?
Also- possible to remove the word "menu" next to it & just have the hamburger icon?

Thank you. After sending request managed to change a few things around on my own using Customizer (basically with a few clicks to move menu up!) but will give it a try with the instructions provided,Cheers
