Navigation Menu is blank

The mobile menu displays blank. There are no caching plugins on the site and I have purged the cPanel cache.
Hi there,
The site is using the Off Canvas panel so you must assign a menu to it. Go to Appearance > Menus, edit the menu you want displayed and under Locations also check: Off Canvas
