[Resolved] Navigation logo not displaying right or in mobile view

I cannot set the logo next to the navigation menu correctly. The logo size is way to small, and ends up right next to the menu when in “static” view but appears correct when scrolled in “sticky” view. Additionally, NO logo appears at all when viewed in mobile? Ive tried multiple custom settings and cant get this right? Again, Im trying to get my logo and menu navigation set up just like the GP site including the “mobile” nav menu showing up on the right side not the left.

Hi there,

Try uploading a logo here as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/

Then set the navigation logo to sticky only.

Since you are using mobile header, you will need to upload an icon there as well:

You can choose not to use mobile header as well then it would be the same icon in Site Identity

Im almost there, however my “Site Identity” Logo or Title does not line up the navigation items-Home, About, contact, etc? (FreeUberCarInspection.com)

Ps. if you guys do installation and set up i’m interested 🙁

I tweaked things a bit but not sure if its correct-

-Set Customizing ▸ Layout Primary ▸ Navigation ▸ Menu Item Height=150px (max)
-Set Customizing ▸ Layout ▸ Header ▸ Header Padding ▸ Top Padding=0, Bottom Padding=0

This allowed me to align the Site Identity Logo or Title with the Primary Navigation Menu. Doesn’t seem right but Im not sure 😐

You are on the right track 🙂

I would recommend cropping the logo better so there isn’t space at the top and bottom:

Then set the menu item height to be the same as the height of the newly cropped logo:

The logo is just a test logo but will adjust menu height settings when real logo is added.
