Navigation Logo missing

Hi I have a wordpress multisite and if I click "theme customization" on the sub pages, different options appear.
All Generatepress Premium Elements are enabled, and I haven't customized anything else yet.
- On Page 1 & 2 everything is fine.
- On all of the other Pages I can't find the following: Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation "Navigation Logo"
Do I have to activate something to have the navigation logo option enabled like on page 1 and 2 ? Why different options appear?

Hi there,
Starting in GP Premium 1.8, if you want to use the navigation logo option, you can actually just add the logo under site identity:

Then use the new navigation as a header option:

You also have the option to use a different sticky navigation logo if you prefer:
