Navigation Logo deprecated?

My old site running GP 2.3.2 and Plugin 1.8.3 has a Layout > Primary Navigation option to upload a Navigation Logo. My new site running current theme and plugin does not. Is this feature gone, or is there another way to implement?

Here's what it looks like at my old site. I'm attempting to replicate similar at new site. Top widget for ad unit followed by merged header/navbar area.

Hi Dave,

The option is essentially replaced with the navigation as header option:

Thank you! Think I'm 80% of the way there by using 'navigation as a header' and a site logo plus swapping header widget for top bar widget.
