Navigation/links from other plugins (such as membership plugin) as secondar nav?

Hi
Is it possible to get the links generated by other plugins, as membership plugins (Ultimate Member, BuddyPress or others) to be removed from their default location (inside content) and added to the navigation, maybe secondary nav?

check in the Appearance > Menus to see if they are options you can add to youur menus, some may need enabling by selecting the Screen Options button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
