Hi there, Adsense has restricted Ad Serving in my site and the Navigation Issue was also the reason of it. Can you guys please tell me how to fix the issue?

Your screenshot only shows a part of the test result, can you show it fully so we can see the navigation issue you mentioned?
For the ads issue, please try to contact your ads plugin support.
I will send the screenshot shortly. In the meanwhile, please check the site navigation bar in the mobile. The sub menu is not opening.
It seems there're some CSS missing from your site, can you disable all your cache plugin to test?
