Navigation is higher than expected

Hej,
I have a strange issue with my website's navigation bar. Currently I am creating a multisite setup with two WP sites. Everything is working fine and as expected on the additional site, but on the main site the navigation is much higher than it should be.

This problem is driving me nuts and has cost me several hours now. So any help is appreciated.

Hi Heiko,
The sub-site is using full width container while the main site is not.
Make sure the main site is set to full width as well.
